If you have a Teamwork account please use it to open a new task. This is the best way to request support.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM. Our overtime billing is as follows:

  • Outside business hours Monday through Friday: "time and a half" (hourly rate x 50%)
  • Outside business hours weekends and holidays: double hourly rate, 2 hour minimum

If your server is down due to a problem outside of your control there is no charge for support.

If your server is down due to an unexpected traffic increase and you are not on a premium service plan there will be a charge for our services to upscale your server resources.
